- Electronic document organization/production, including indexing of documents and maintaining files; - Reviewing and summarizing estimates, medical records, bills, expert opinions, etc.; - Insurance Claims Handling: communicating with insurance company, drafting letters and demands, etc.; - Case law research; - Drafting: complaints and other pleadings; discovery requests/responses (form/special interrogatories, requests for admissions, requests for production); motions; appeal briefs; - Help in depositions, including compiling relevant documents; - Public records research including dockets, secretary of state records, insurance department records, etc.
